There have been too many instances where trekkers have been rescued mistaking their ailments to be Altitude sickness. To address this, all our leaders are comprehensively educated concerning altitude sickness and Food Poisoning, which is common in Nepal mountains.
This knowledge will enable them to identify the symptoms and can make applicable decisions in seeking appropriate attention. Since they also have a good understanding of mountain medicine they can aptly recommend mediations under circumstances that can be dealt with.

They also receive training to enhance their skills and over time can be upgraded to Group Leader.
