All our Trekking Leaders are from the Nepalese highlands and are very well-versed in navigating the country's landscape. They are equipped with the necessary skills and expertise to handle any challenges that may arise in the mountains. Their expertise is more than enough to ensure your safety in areas with no health facilities. Furthermore, all of them are medically trained to deal with any mountain ailments.
There have been too many cases where trekkers have been rescued from Nepal Himalayan regions mistaking their common ailments to be Altitude sickness. To address this, all our leaders are duly educated concerning altitude sickness and Food Poisoning, which is common in Nepal mountains. This knowledge will enable them to identify the symptoms, make applicable decisions, and seek solutions. Moreover, they also have a good understanding of mountain medicine and they can capably recommend medications under circumstances that can be dealt with.

Similarly, our ASSISTANT GUIDES whom we titled 'SHERPAS' are an integral part of the team. They Provide valuable support to the Trekking Group Leaders. They assist, communicate, and coordinate to ensure that the group is safe and well looked after throughout the journey. They also receive training to enhance their skills including the use of oxygen and emergency procedures and over time can be upgraded to Group Leader.
