Under the very recent regulations, we are only allowed to take a group of 2 shuttled from Pheriche at 4200m to the height of 5350 Kala Patthar vantage point. Each group of two will be allowed 10-15 minutes each to disembark and enjoy the bliss of Everest. You will witness the tremendous massif of Everest dominating the horizon which is a humbling yet exhilarating experience that will be remembered forever. By this time the helicopter will return down to Pheriche to collect the other two.
This shuttling process goes on depending on the number of people on board. Usually, the maximum number of passengers per helicopter allowed is 5. Shortly, you will be transferred back to Lukla, or depending on your request program you will be stopped at Syangboche at Everest View Hotel for a luxury breakfast where you will be given 1 hour time frame.

Since the safety of our passengers is our priority, we will make every effort to keep customers informed promptly of any schedule modifications. These unforeseen circumstances are out of our control, as such, our experienced flight crews will determine if cancellation is necessary.
- 6:00 AM - Pick up from the Hotel and airport transfer.
Your guide or our office representative will pick you up from the hotel at the given time and transfer you to the airport helipad, ensuring an on-time start to your aerial adventure.
- 6:30 AM - Helicopter Check-In & Safety Briefing.
You will go through a few security inspections and then you will be led to the van that will drive you to the helipad. The expert pilots brief you on safety protocols and necessary gear before formal check-in to your private helicopter.
